Some items to note about the Chemistry.com free weekends:

  • You can sign up before the weekend starts and then take advantage of the free time. You don’t have to wait until May 1st to create your account. In fact, it’s better to create a new account ahead of the free weekend since creating your profile can take some time.
  • If you have created an account at Chemistry.com in the past, you can log into your account and take advantage of the free weekend with everyone else. You don’t need to be creating a new to participate.
  • In the past, ALL features of Chemistry.com are available during this type of promotion. This is very helpful as it gives you the full experience of the service for free. This is actually unique to Chemistry as many free events limit parts of the service during a free event in some way or another.

If you’ve never tried Chemistry.com, there’s really not a better time, especially since there are only a handful of these events each year. Also, if you’re reading this and the free weekend is already over, don’t feel bad: Chemistry.com has an on-going promotion for 3-days free at any time. This is only for those who would be creating an account for the first time (unlike the free weekend which is for everyone). If you missed the free weekend, you can sign up for the 3 days free here.
